We encourage the buyer(s) to attend the inspection, so we offer a variety of time slots during the week and occasional Saturdays to accommodate your appointment needs.

Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for your thorough evaluation of the home. When calling to make an appointment, we ask that you have a signed agreement of sale on the home we will be inspecting for you.

Please have the address, including township, square footage of living space and age of the home for us, as well as the listing and selling agents and their companies.

Our staff will call and schedule the date and time you have chosen and call you, our client, and your agent back with a final confirmation.
