What should be inspected?

At a minimum, the inspector should provide a description of how inspections are conducted for each of the following ten areas:

• Structural system
• Exterior
• Roof system
• Plumbing system
• Electrical system
• Heating system
• Air conditioning system
• Interior
• Insulation and ventilation, and
• Fireplaces and solid fuel burning appliances
