Mr. King is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute in Falls Church, Virginia.
He is a fully certified member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)®, fulfilling the requirements of membership after extensive field training and successful completion of the National Home Inspector Exam.
Working as a general contractor for years prior to becoming a home inspector, Norman gained valuable hands-on experience and skill, which has prepared him to offer his clients a practical approach to inspecting their home.
He has lived in and fully remodeled a circa 1860’s home, giving him a special appreciation for the construction and idiosyncrasies of older homes. In addition, he completely designed and built his previous home in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. Mr. King is a United States Navy Veteran.

Mr. Hancaviz received his training through the Carson-Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program, which is now the official ASHI® training system.
Immediately following that he passed the rigorous National Home Inspector Exam, which is administered by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors.
He keeps abreast of current developments in the field through continuing education. Joe is a PA State Certified Radon Testing Individual. Mr.Hancaviz is a fully Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors(ASHI)®.
Prior to his home inspection career, Joe had been in the maintenance profession for over twenty years. For seven years he was Director of Environmental Services at the Easton Home/Presbyterian Homes Inc. During his tenure there, he helped guide the multi-million dollar renovation of the historic Easton facility.
For fourteen years previous to that he was Director of Maintenance for Orr's Department Stores, Inc.

Mr. Williams received his training from the Professional Home Inspectors Institute in Falls Church, Virginia.
After extensive field training and successful completion of the National Home Inspector Exam, Rod attained full Certified Member status in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)®. Additionally, he is a PA State Certified Radon Testing Individual.
Rod’s prior experience has been in cryogenic maintenance, which is similar to air conditioning systems.
He retired from Air Products and Chemicals after 34 years, with his last position as customer service manager for the Southeast United States.
Rod also has extensive experience in remodeling and was responsible for maintenance of 30 apartment units in the Allentown and Bethlehem area for over 10 years.

 | Mr. Amspacker is President of HomePro Systems in the Lehigh Valley area.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forest Products from Penn State University, and his background includes designing and engineering building components as well as general contracting.
He has been a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)® since 1993, and has personally performed over 4000 home inspections. He is a current member of the Keystone Chapter of ASHI®. Arick is a PA State Certified Radon Testing Individual.
His local affiliations include membership in the Lehigh Valley Builders Association and International Electrical Inspectors. He teaches a course for those interested in becoming home inspectors at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
Mr. Amspacker teaches seminars for the Community Action Committee, a non-profit organization, supplying courses for those wanting to learn about the home buying process. He has also taught a nationally recognized course about the FHA 203(k) rehabilitation loan program to appraisers and other home inspectors.
